1. For Augustina Jewelry Products shipped from Amazon Warehouse:

We have joined Amazon FBA program. Some of our inventory are sent to Amazon warehouse and stored there. Thus orders for these items will be shipped from the Amazon Warehouse.  Amazon decides whether Signature is required for these packages and you are eligible for Amazon FREE Super Saver Shipping on orders over $25.

There are some other advantages to Amazon FBA as well. Customers have more choices in terms of shipping methods, gift wrapping, etc. Customers could also combine products with other Amazon items and save on shipping.  Amazon is responsible for delivery time, customer service, returns and refund for FBA orders.

2. Products that Augustina Jewelry ships from its own warehouse:For items shipped by ourselves (Augustina Jewelry), Signature Required at Delivery Address for packages! For exceptions, please see our shipping confirmation email. Free Standard Shipping for Combined Orders over $100.

For Standard, Expedited or One-day shipping, We will meet Amazon's "Expected Delivery Time" for each order! (Christmas orders will be handled in extra fast speed, so please follow the Christmas Cut-Off order schedule above).

Note: Business days are Monday through Friday.

Standard delivery: "an item that is available in 1-2 business days and shipped using standard shipping (3-7 business days) will arrive in 4-9 business days. Our Christmas cut-off order date is Dec 17.  If you place order after Dec 17 using standard shiping. It may or may not arrive Dec 24.

Expedited delivery: an item that is available in 1-2 business days and shipped using expedited shipping (1-3 business days) will arrive in 2-5 business days. Christmas cut-off order date is Dec 21 (package will be out on Dec 21 or Dec 22 for Fedex 2-Day, or USPS express mail). 

One-Day Shipping, we will use Fedex overnight. The order should arrive the next day after we ship the package. One-day order will be shipped within 24 hours after we received the order from Amazon. We found out cases that Fedex didn't gurantee the next day delivery due to bad weather. So for Christmas, please follow cut-off order date of Dec 21, even though in most cases your order will arrive on Dec 24 if ordering One-Day on Dec 22 (or even early Dec 23). Sorry we just can't gurantee it if ordering after Dec 21. 

Please remember that there is Gap between the time you placed the order and the time Amazon sent orders to us.  Sometimes it takes much longer time if your credit card was having trouble being verified by Amazon.
